The benefit of us using MailChimp is that you can unsubscribe or manage your preferences at any time by selecting the appropriate link at the bottom of the e-mails you receive from us using the MailChimp system. If you request information on properties we are marketing, either through our website, through other business for sale websites we utilise, via e-mail or verbally direct with our office, we will ask you for the following information:

The above information is kept in paper form in our offices, in addition we keep your full name and e-mail address and the specific property you enquired about on a database. We retain this information, so that if (during our marketing of the specific property/properties you have requested information on), we make any alteration to our marketing information, such as a price reduction, we will the let you know of such alteration, usually via e-mail. Third party internet sites that you can link through to from our website are not covered by our Privacy and Security policy, so we accept no responsibility or liability for these sites.

Security of your data

We will retain all paper files containing your data in cabinets within our offices, both of which will be locked when unattended.

Retention period of information
