We are aware of a number of PLC. Companies and individual Private Clients who are wishing to acquire substantial Garden Centres or Land throughout the United Kingdom with the following criteria –

• Land with or without Planning Consents.
• Minimum 10 Acres (4.047 Hectares).
• Locations close to high population areas.
• Existing Freehold Operations with annual sales in the region of £2 Million.
