Alexander Mackie Associates Ltd. are not retained by any specific companies so are therefore not restricted to talking to one company when attempting to sell a Garden Centre or Nursery, thus we are better able to maximise the sale price achieved when selling a Garden Centre or Nursery.

We are aware of a number of companies and individual private clients who are wishing to acquire substantial Garden Centres or Land throughout the United Kingdom with the following criteria –

• Land with or without Planning Consents.
• Minimum 10 Acres (4.047 Hectares).
• Locations close to high population areas.
• Existing Freehold Operations with annual sales in the region of £2 Million.
