If you are looking to purchase a Garden Centre or Nursery, we may have one or more on our books which may suit your requirements. Please go to the ‘Sites Available’ section of this website for a selection of some of the Garden Centres and Nurseries we presently have for sale and to lease.

We also recommend that you contact our office as there are often Garden Centres and Nurseries that we are selling that are not listed on our website, these tend to be company sales or private individuals who have asked us to maintain their privacy and confidentiality. In these circumstances we may ask for a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) to be signed and returned to us, and in some cases me may require sight of confirmation of funding prior to us releasing any private and confidential information.

We also offer a service to those who are looking to acquire a specific Garden Centre or Nursery:

If you would like to acquire a specific Garden Centre or Nursery which is not presently available for sale, we would be happy to approach the present owner/s on your behalf, in confidence, to ascertain their attitude to a possible sale. Should the existing owner/s be receptive to our approach and wish to take our initial interest further then we will arrange a site visit to undertake a ‘Personal Abridged Valuation’ on your behalf; at which time we will collect further information/documentation from the current owner/s to enable us to advise you of the sites ‘Current Open Market Value’ and the owner/s likely response to any ‘Subject to Contract’ Offer/s put forward on your behalf.
